Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026.

What we store

Your username, email, a hash of your password (never the password), the IP you signed up from (hashed, to detect multi-accounting), timestamps, and what you do in the game: mining, trades, withdrawals, chat, ads watched and offers completed.

Cookies

A cookie keeps you signed in — it is necessary and cannot be turned off while you have an account. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you agree, where consent is required (EU/UK/Switzerland).

Who else sees your data

Our database host and server provider; FaucetPay and OxaPay (they receive the destination and amount when you deposit or withdraw); our offer/ad partners (they receive an anonymous identifier and your IP to decide which offers to show and confirm completions — never your email); hCaptcha; and Google Analytics. We do not sell your data.

What other players see

Your username, level, hashrate, rooms and marketplace listings are public. Balances, email and IP are not. Make your profile private in Settings.

Your rights (EU/UK)

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Deleting your account forfeits any balance still on it, so withdraw first.

Children

DeepCore is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep data on under-18s.
