The basics
Is it really free?
Yes. You never need to deposit. NUG comes from the faucet, the mine, quests and mini-games, and every new account gets a free Copper Miner.
How do I get paid?
Miners earn inside a crypto pool (LTC, SOL, XRP, DOGE or TRX). You withdraw small amounts (from 0.00002 of the coin) to your FaucetPay account, once your account is 3 days old and your email is confirmed.
How much can I earn?
It depends on your hashrate and on how many players share the same pool. Each pool shows its real daily budget and your share. Treat it as a game, not an income.
Is NUG worth money?
No. NUG is the in-game currency for forging and the shop. Only the crypto your miners earn in a pool can be withdrawn.
Payouts
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum is 0.00002 of the coin you withdraw (LTC, SOL, XRP, DOGE, TRX). Withdrawals are sent to your FaucetPay account.
Why does my account need to be 3 days old?
It is an anti-fraud rule. You can play and earn from day one, and crypto withdrawals open once your account is at least 3 days old.
Do I need a FaucetPay account?
Only to withdraw crypto, not to play. Set your FaucetPay username or email once in Settings (the same destination is used for every coin) and confirm your email there too.
How often do pools pay?
Every minute. Each pool splits that minute's reward between everyone in it in proportion to hashrate, so your share is your hashrate divided by the pool's total.
Can I deposit or buy NUG?
No. There are no deposits: everything in DeepCore is earned by playing, and NUG can never be converted into crypto or withdrawn.
Playing
How often does the mine reset?
A fresh 200 × 200 mine opens every 20 minutes, shared by every player. You get 10 swings in each one.
Why are my miners not earning?
A miner only earns when it is placed in your Mining Room (10 slots in your first room) and you have joined a pool.
Can I invite friends?
Yes. Every player has a personal referral link on the Referral page, which shows how many players signed up with it. Accounts created to farm referrals or bonuses are removed.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person, and you must be 18 or older. Bots, scripts, auto-clickers and bug exploits are not allowed.
